Altenburger advised SMG Swiss Marketplace Group in its acquisition of moneyland.ch

Altenburger acted as legal advisor to SMG Swiss Marketplace Group, Switzerland's digital hub for marketplaces such as homegate.ch, ImmoScout24.ch, AutoScout24.ch, Ricardo, FinanceScout.ch and more, in its acquisition of moneyland.ch.

The team consisted of Thierry Thormann, Ralph Imoberdorf and Céline Spahn (all M&A) and further included Luzius Cavelti (Tax) and Kristin Arve (Dispute Resolution).
