Céline is an Associate in the Corporate and M&A Team. She regularly advises early stage companies, SMEs and listed companies in general corporate and commercial matters, corporate governance, restructurings and M&A in a domestic and international context.

Furthermore, Céline advises private clients on national and international estate planning, covering aspects of inheritance and succession.
