Peter R. Altenburger
Peter Altenburger is the founding partner of the firm and remains actively engaged as a counsel. His focus is on domestic and international corporate tax law. Due to his long-standing experience with respect to double taxation treaties and his active engagement with the Swiss-American Chamber of Commerce (honorary member) as well as with the Scuola Universitaria Professionale della Svizzera Italiana (SUPSI), he is intensively engaged in cross border tax developments. He is a valuable advisor to the to the firm's tax team.
He also continues to assist private clients and advises Swiss charities with respect to their tax exempted status.
