Mégane Hornung

Mégane advises and represents clients in civil and commercial matters, with a particular focus on employment law issues.
She has extensive expertise in this area and primarily advises companies on dismissal procedures, employment disputes, business transfers, and collective redundancies.
Her practice therefore covers a broad range of matters, including individual employment relationships (non-compete clauses, unfair competition, termination agreements, gender equality, harassment, employer liability, etc.), as well as collective employment relations (collective redundancies, social plans, transfers of undertakings, etc.).
She also advises on contractual matters relating to real estate law, particularly tenancy law, and has additional experience in debt enforcement and administrative law.
Mégane is a member of the firm's Employment Law, Commercial Law, and Contract Law teams.
