The monthly event organized and animated by Birgit Sambeth Glasner and the Chambre Suisse de Mediation Commerciale, in partnership with the Chambre de Commerce et d'Industrie de Genève – "What are the solutions to promote the use of mediation in civil disputes?".

Speaker of the event: Mrs. Sabine Simkhovitch
Mrs. Simkhovitch is the author of a research paper entitled: "The promotion of civil mediation in Switzerland: Taking into account the recommendations and instruments of the CEPEJ (European Commission for the Efficiency of Justice) and the draft law of the Canton of Geneva on the encouragement of mediation."
After 40 years at the Genevan Bar, mainly in commercial and inheritance law, she has been following several mediation courses. She also had the opportunity to accompany clients in mediation or to encourage them to go through this process.
