Deal announcement: Altenburger advised the Dominicé family on the acquisition of "le Domaine de Beau-Pré" in Geneva

Gérard and Nadia Dominicé have acquired a total of seven parcels in the commune of Genthod, canton of Geneva, Switzerland, representing the entirety of the Domaine, from the estate of the former owner, and from a Swiss company owned by the estate, for a total price of circa CHF 38,000,000 (FAO Geneva 17.11.2023).

The Domaine is listed as a protected property and was built between 1728 and 1731.
