Altenburger advised the existing shareholders of KLARK AG regarding Holcim’s investment

KLARK AG has completed an investment round, with Holcim (Schweiz) AG acquiring a 20% stake through a capital increase. Following the transaction, Holcim and the existing shareholders – Logbau AG, Toggenburger AG, Novakies AG and Ulrich Imboden AG – each hold 20% of KLARK AG.
Altenburger advised the existing shareholders on the transaction.
The team was led by Ralph Imoberdorf and included Riccardo Geiser and Björn Wegberg (all Corporate/M&A).
