AMS Group successfully acquired the prestigious Five Seas Hotel located in Cannes, France, from Donata Bertarelli. The transaction consisted of the acquisition of all shares of Five Seas (Suisse) SA, a Swiss-based company with registered office in Saanen (BE).

Inwood Hotels is a French-based hotel group, created in 2008 by AMS Group and led by Jean-Paul Bize. With this acquisition, Inwood expands its collection of four and five-star hotels situated in France to its 13th hotel.
The Five Seas Hotel is a luxurious five-star hotel, strategically located between La Croisette and the Palais des Festivals in Cannes. It promises exceptional stays and an entirely made-to-measure range of services with its 45 rooms and suites, a panoramic restaurant "by Le Roof" and a world-class spa.
